Kurt Grosz
Kurt is the president of KGA, Inc.
Mr. Grosz has over 30 years of experience in construction and consulting in the areas of building inspection, estimating, project management, scheduling and as Chief Operating Officer of construction companies. He has been responsible for building residential and commercial structures, tenant improvements, and he possesses hands-on as well as management experience on various structures and finishes. Mr. Grosz has opined on Contract Documents, drawings and specifications, Building Codes, OSHA requirements, cost to repair and scheduling in mediation, arbitration and civil litigation (Superior and Federal Court) as an expert witness and as a neutral fact finder. Mr. Grosz is active in a variety of Alternative Dispute Resolution forums.
